Kai Havertz Reveals Cristiano Ronaldo’s £ 71m Move To Chelsea

Kai Havertz, during his first season with the team, told ” a completely different story in print.”

The German attacking midfielder, who joined the Blues from Bayer Leverkusen in a deal worth £ 71 million, the second highest-value deal in the club’s history, was due to arrive and has a big impact in the 2019/20 campaign under Peter Boss.

In his honour, the high-profile Haverz didn’t take long to make a great first impression with an EFL Cup hat-trick against Barnsley on September.
But after a promising start, the talented German struggled largely throughout his first season in England, even though he, Majestic, had a spell in the final weeks of the campaign, scoring in last month’s Champions League semi-final against Manchester City.

Havertz has since revealed his debut season at Chelsea in an interview with German newspaper Suddeutsche Zeitung, in which he said expectations were very high when he first came to Stamford Bridge.
“People can expect that there will be a new Cristiano Ronaldo,” he said.
– But it’s not so fast, everything is new, and I really didn’t want to play good football at the beginning of the year.

Back in March of this year, a 22-year-old man was reported to have tested positive for coronavirus, in November admitting that moving to a new state, during the isolation period, was difficult.
“It was very difficult for me to change all the time,” he told the Mirror.

– It’s hard for me, but I’ve been here for six months, and they will get used to the fact that this place is also in this country. I hope to see my family again soon. This is an ordeal for me, and I’ve always loved spending time with them.
“This isn’t the time to spend time with them. But it’s not just me, there are thousands of other people in a worse situation than me.

“That’s no excuse for me. I’ll do whatever is good.”
What do you think Havertz should include next season after a promising end to the campaign?
