It’s been more than 15 years since Natasha Bedingfield released “Unwritten,” but thanks to TikTok, the song has been on everyone’s radar again.
The re-mixed version of “Unwritten” became the song of the viral dance challenges now in March. There are two versions: One contains a flexible dance with multiple foot movements performed by @rony_boyy, and the other is a simple rock back and forth with an extra twerk famous for @gleefuljhits.
The dances drew the attention of Bedfield, who was doing his translation with his three-year-old son Solomon. However, it was his video for the @gleefuljhits dance on Friday that featured a noisy social media platform. In less than 24 hours, Bedingfield’s video garnered 3.7 million views.
